Providing good sized rooms for four people in a shared house close to Ipswich railway station and town centre facilities.

The ground floor room has en- suite facilities and is suitable for people who have limited mobility. Upstairs provides three further rooms, one of which has an en-suite, plus there is a shared bathroom. There is a good sized communal kitchen/dining room, leading onto a decked patio area and garden beyond.

Social groups and activities are regularly provided along with making full use of the local community.

The project is staffed 24/7 with facilities for staff to sleep on site.
Waking nights can be provided if necessary.

Basic furniture is provided.
