The project comprises of three characterful cottages and a detached modern house. There are eleven good sized bedrooms, all with their own en-suite. Each property has a communal kitchen, dining room and living space with access to a garden. Additionally, there is ample off-street parking.

The project is staffed 24/7 with facilities for staff to sleep on site.

Social groups and activities are regularly provided along with making full use of the local community.
